Weapons in Ukraine: problems of the regulatory framework. Complex text, for specialists

Recently, the Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement in a discussion with Georgy Uchaykin expressed some doubts about the legal position of the current weapons legislation.

Therefore, we decided to make a generalization and remind the lawmakers once again that we have a complete collapse in the arms legislation, which must be immediately corrected, starting this work with the adoption of the draft law 1135-1.

We hope that the next discussions will be about how to implement the Constitution as soon as possible, and not about whether Ukrainians are “ready or not ready”.
