Hear Ukraine: Are Ukrainians ready to defend themselves and their property with firearms

Will Ukraine allow citizens access to short-barreled weapons and will it make life safer? How many guns are already illegally in private hands and how did they get there? How are those who are presented with award weapons checked? Will a gun equalize everyone in rights and will all gun owners be equal before the law?
