Legal struggle

The requirement to obtain police permission for shooting ranges and shooting galleries is illegal

The requirement to obtain a police permit for shooting ranges and shooting galleries is illegal. But just look at what these “permittees” have come up with with their permit procedures.

Now they want shooting sports enterprises to receive a separate permit to open and a separate [!] permit to operate (paragraphs 2.3.1. and 2.3.2. of the Order 622).

Imagine, an American received a license to open, held a grand opening, cut the ribbon, but said that you can not go in and touch anything with your hands, because you still need to go for permission to operate with the same package, but to the “superior”.

In short, the “guys” are working with two throats.

Mr. Bean

Sometimes it seems that in the fight against this permissive system you are not fighting for freedom and the rule of law, but for common sense and the ability to use the principles of formal logic.
