Ukrainians are ready for responsible gun ownership

Despite the full-scale war, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is delaying the adoption of the Law on Weapons, so Ukraine is still the only country in Europe that does not have a specialized law, and the entire circulation of firearms among the civilian population is still regulated by the internal instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Contrary to the thesis that there is no culture of handling weapons in Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine are looking for opportunities and wasting no time to master the skills of safe handling of firearms and practical shooting under the guidance of experienced instructors, proving another thesis – Ukrainians are ready for responsible ownership of weapons.
