{"id":7245,"date":"2019-11-28T16:07:44","date_gmt":"2019-11-28T14:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uavz.org\/results-of-the-meeting-of-the-working-group-on-elaboration-of-draft-laws-on-weapons\/"},"modified":"2026-08-01T03:31:31","modified_gmt":"2026-08-01T00:31:31","slug":"results-of-the-meeting-of-the-working-group-on-elaboration-of-draft-laws-on-weapons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uavz.org\/en\/results-of-the-meeting-of-the-working-group-on-elaboration-of-draft-laws-on-weapons\/","title":{"rendered":"Results of the meeting of the Working Group on elaboration of draft laws &#8220;On weapons&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On November 27, the second meeting of the Working Group on the draft laws &#8220;On Arms&#8221; (\u21161222 and \u21161222-1) was held.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the <a href=\"https:\/\/zbroya.info\/uk\/blog\/18331_ibis-iedinii-predstavnik-zbroiarskogo-biznesu-chi-chergovii-predstavnik-mvs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">attempts of the representatives of Ibis and the Ministry of Internal<\/a> Affairs to persuade the participants to give preference to the <a href=\"https:\/\/zbroya.info\/ru\/blog\/18332_ramkovii-zakonoproiekt-1222-1-pro-obig-zbroyi-koruptsiia-v-ramochku\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">draft law 1222-1<\/a> prepared by them, the participants of the working group did not agree to this.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The key role in the discussion was played by the conclusion of an unbiased scientific institution &#8211; the V. Marx Institute of State and Law. \u0412. \u041c.
